 Hibiscus, a mini One Stroke palette refill from the Mermaid Palette, perfect to test Susy's beautiful and unique collection.

It is a Neon blend that glows under UV lights, perfect for Dolphins and Sharks plus Unicorns, Butterflies, Flowers and so much more.

The dark edge moves down to a white edge to provide a strong contrast.light pastel neon edge for a bright contrast.

They are perfect for flowers, butterflies, unicorn horns, mermaid shells, dolphins, leaves and more! 

To use:

Activate with water by using a brush or sponge. Remove with soap and water (some stains might remain if applied over porous surfaces like fabrics). Safe when used as indicated. Because of the presence of non toxic cosmetic fluorescent (UV/Neon) pigments this product is only intended as a Special FX Product to be used over prosthetics, fabrics, etc. UV/Fluorescent/Neon pigments are not intended to be used as a cosmetic.

Not intended to be used by kids under 3 years old due to potential choking hazard.
