Items may be returned as long as the return is initiated within 10 days of receipt. The jewelry must be in unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Pieces that do not meet these conditions are ineligible for return. Custom/special orders or pieces that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns from outside of the contiguous United States.
